Scope

GB/T 37026-2018 is the English-translated version of 服装商品编码与射频识别(RFID)标签规范.

GB/T 37026-2018 sets out how clothing goods are coded and how that code is carried on radio frequency identification (RFID) labels.

It defines the structure and compilation of the clothing commodity code, and the data storage structure on the RFID tag, with storage locations and content and the SGTIN-96, SGTIN-198, SITIP-110 and SITIP-212 structures.

It also gives technical and application requirements for clothing RFID labels, and annexes on encoding and decoding, serial number structures and requirements, label testing and application examples.

The test references include environmental tests at low and high temperature, damp heat, free fall and temperature change, home washing and drying and dry cleaning.

It applies to the identification, automatic identification and data collection of clothing goods in manufacturing, logistics and retail. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the coding of clothing goods, the data storage structure of RFID tags, the technical requirements and test methods of RFID tags.

This standard applies to the identification, and automatic identification and data collection of clothing goods in the fields of manufacturing, logistics, sales, and application.
