Scope

GB/T 36410.1-2018 is the English-translated version of 港口设备能源消耗评价方法 第1部分:岸边集装箱起重机.

GB/T 36410.1-2018 is Part 1 of the GB/T 36410 series on evaluating the energy consumption of port equipment, and deals with quayside container cranes.

It sets the testing requirements, test methods and evaluation method for their energy consumption, and defines energy consumption value, unit energy efficiency, the ratio of the energy used in one container operation to the container's load mass, and energy efficiency level.

Conditions include an ambient temperature of 0 °C to 40 °C, relative humidity not above 95%, wind not above force 5 and limits on grid voltage deviation and three-phase unbalance, and the crane must operate normally under GB/T 15361 and GB/T 21920 without parameter adjustments to improve efficiency.

Normative annexes give the energy efficiency test report and the energy efficiency rating. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

Foreword

GB/T 36410 "Port Equipment Energy Consumption Evaluation Method" is divided into five parts.

--- Part 1. Shore container cranes;

--- Part 2. Orbital container gantry cranes;

--- Part 3. Bridge grab ship unloader;

--- Part 4. Bulk cargo shippers;

--- Part 5. Port tractors.

This part is the first part of GB/T 36410.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 36410 specifies the energy consumption testing requirements, testing methods and evaluation methods for shore container cranes.

This section applies to the energy consumption assessment of shore container cranes.

2 Normative references

The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only dated versions apply to this document. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

GB/T 15361 shore container crane

GB/T 21920 shore container crane safety regulations

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Energy consumption value

The amount of energy consumed by port equipment operating under specified conditions.

3.2 Unit energy efficiency

The ratio of the energy consumption value of a container operation to the load quality of a container during the test process.

3.3 Energy efficiency level

A grading method for the difference in energy consumption per unit of port equipment.

4 Testing requirements

4.1 Basic requirements

4.1.1 The ambient temperature should be 0 ° C ~ 40 ° C, the maximum relative humidity should not be greater than 95%.

4.1.2 The maximum wind speed should not exceed 5 levels.

4.1.3 The deviation of the grid input voltage fluctuation should be within the range of -10%~ 6% of the rated voltage, and the three-phase voltage unbalance rate should not be large. At 1.5%.

4.2 Requirements for the crane being tested

4.2.1 The normal operation of the shore container crane (abbreviated as crane) shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 15361 and GB/T 21920. Crane parameters should not be adjusted to improve energy efficiency.
