Scope

GB/T 36410.3-2018 is the English-translated version of 港口设备能源消耗评价方法 第3部分:桥式抓斗卸船机.

GB/T 36410.3-2018 is Part 3 of the Chinese series on evaluating the energy consumption of port equipment, and it deals with bridge-type grab ship unloaders for bulk cargo in ports.

It sets the test conditions: ambient temperature of 0 °C to 40 °C, relative humidity of no more than 95%, wind no stronger than force 5, grid voltage within -10% to +6% of the rated value, and an unloader that is certified, adjusted for energy efficiency and standing on rails inclined by no more than 2.5 per thousand.

It then gives the test method and the evaluation method, based on unit energy efficiency, the ratio of energy consumed to the mass of cargo unloaded in a standard cycle, with the test report form and the energy efficiency rating in the annexes. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

Foreword

GB/T 36410 "Port Equipment Energy Consumption Evaluation Method" is divided into five parts.

--- Part 1. Shore container cranes;

--- Part 2. Orbital container gantry cranes;

--- Part 3. Bridge grab ship unloader;

--- Part 4. Bulk cargo shippers;

--- Part 5. Port tractors.

This part is the third part of GB/T 36410.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 36410 specifies the energy consumption testing requirements, testing methods and evaluation methods for bridge grab ship unloaders.

This section applies to the energy consumption evaluation of the bridge grab ship unloader for port loading and unloading bulk materials.

2 Normative references

The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only dated versions apply to this document. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

GB/T 36410.1 Evaluation method for energy consumption of port equipment - Part 1.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 36410.1 apply to this document.

3.1 Unit energy efficiency

Under the standard cycle of the specified working conditions, the ratio of the energy consumption value to the total mass of the unloading cargo is the bridge grab ship unloader.

4 Testing requirements

4.1 Basic requirements

4.1.1 The ambient temperature should be 0 ° C ~ 40 ° C, the maximum relative humidity should not be greater than 95%.

4.1.2 The maximum wind speed should not exceed 5 levels.

4.1.3 The deviation of the grid input voltage fluctuation should be within the range of -10%~ 6% of the rated voltage, and the three-phase voltage unbalance rate should not be large. At 1.5%.

4.2 Tested ship unloader requirements

4.2.1 The normal operation of the bridge grab ship unloader (referred to as the ship unloader) shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 18224 and GB/T 26475, The ship unloader parameters should be adjusted to improve energy efficiency.

4.2.2 The ship unloader shall be inspected by the competent department of the industry and have relevant certificates before the on-site energy consumption test can be carried out.

4.2.3 The ship unloader shall be on a flat rail surface with an inclination of not more than 2.5 per thousand.

4.3 Measuring instrument requirements

Measuring instruments should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 36410.1.
