Scope

GB/T 36410.4-2018 is the English-translated version of 港口设备能源消耗评价方法 第4部分:散货连续装船机.

GB/T 36410.4-2018 is Part 4 of the series on evaluating the energy consumption of port equipment and deals with bulk cargo ship loaders.

It sets the conditions for an on-site energy consumption test: ambient temperature, humidity, wind speed and grid voltage, the state of the ship loader, the slope of the site, the boom elevation angle and the measuring instruments.

It then gives the test method and the evaluation method, based on the unit energy efficiency, the ratio of the energy consumed to the total mass of cargo loaded under specified working conditions.

Normative annexes give the energy efficiency test report and the energy efficiency rating of bulk ship loaders. The general provisions come from Part 1, GB/T 36410.1. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

Foreword

GB/T 36410 "Port Equipment Energy Consumption Evaluation Method" is divided into five parts.

--- Part 1. Shore container cranes;

--- Part 2. Orbital container gantry cranes;

--- Part 3. Bridge grab ship unloader;

--- Part 4. Bulk cargo shippers;

--- Part 5. Port tractors.

This part is the fourth part of GB/T 36410.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 36410 specifies the energy consumption testing requirements, testing methods and evaluation methods for bulk cargo shippers.

This section applies to the energy consumption evaluation of bulk loading and unloading bulk cargo shippers.

2 Normative references

The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only dated versions apply to this document. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

GB/T 36410.1 Evaluation method for energy consumption of port equipment - Part 1.

GB/T 36410.3-2018 Evaluation method for energy consumption of port equipment - Part 3. Bridge grab ship unloader

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 36410.1 apply to this document.

3.1 Unit energy efficiency

The ratio of the energy consumption value to the total mass of the loaded cargo under the specified working conditions of the bulk cargo shiploader.

4 Testing requirements

4.1 Basic requirements

4.1.1 The ambient temperature should be 0 °C ~ 40 °C, the maximum relative humidity should not be greater than 95%.

4.1.2 The maximum wind speed should not exceed 5 levels.

4.1.3 The deviation of the grid input voltage fluctuation should be within the range of -10%~ 6% of the rated voltage, and the three-phase voltage unbalance rate should not be larger than 1.5%.

4.2 Tested ship loader requirements

4.2.1 The normal operation of the bulk cargo shiploader (referred to as the ship loader) shall comply with the relevant requirements of the ship loader and shall not be used to improve the loader's energy. Effectively adjust the ship loader parameters.

4.2.2 The ship loader shall be inspected by the competent department of the industry and have relevant certificates before the on-site energy consumption test can be carried out.

4.2.3 The slope of the site of the test fashion ship should not exceed 2.5 per thousand.

4.2.4 The elevation angle of the boom should be in the range of -3 ° ~ 3 °.

4.3 Measuring instrument requirements

Measuring instruments should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 36410.1.
