Foreword
This standard replaces GB 18224-2000 "bridge type grab ship unloader safety regulations." The main technical differences between standard compared with GB 18224-2000 are as follows:
--- In the "Scope" deleted "power plants, steel mills, the raw material used similar dock ship unloader can refer to the use of" content;
--- Deleted the detailed requirements of the unloader device files, increasing the stability of the whole ship unloader requirements (see 3.5);
--- Will "grab" and "elevator" chapter are listed separately (see Chapters 5 and 7);
--- Modify pulley rope out of declination (see 4.3.2);
--- Removed cart track requirements, increasing the car plate loose track problems (see 4.7);
--- Modify the content of the cab (see Chapter 6);
--- Increased the requirements for the main hydraulic components (see Chapter 8);
--- Removed the unloader lubrication requirements;
--- Added "lighting, power and power supply should be provided separately" requirement (see 11.2.4);
--- Increase in the metal structure hinges on the electrical system requirements (see 11.5.4);
--- Adjustment for overload limiter integrated error requirements; removes the requirement for skew adjustment and a display device;
--- Added "Winds alarm" content (see 12.7). The standard proposed by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Transportation. This standard by the Ministry of Port Machinery standard focal point. This standard was drafted. Water Transport Ministry of Transport Research Institute, Shanghai Port Machinery Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the bridge type grab ship unloader (hereinafter referred unloader) in the design, manufacture, installation and testing, use and maintenance, inspection and maintenance Repair and other aspects of technical safety requirements. This standard applies to coal, ore, sand and other bulk cargo unloading operation with unloader.
