GB/T 36241-2018 is the English-translated version of 气体旋进旋涡流量计.

GB/T 36241-2018 covers vortex precession (swirl) flowmeters for gas, with or without a gas volume correction device. It sets out the terms and definitions, product classification and basic parameters, working conditions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transport and storage of these meters.

Terms are taken from GB/T 17611, and the flow sensor is defined as the element that detects the vortex precession frequency together with the vortex generator.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of gas swirling vortex flowmeters (hereinafter referred to as flowmeters), product classification and basic parameters, and work bars. Parts, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to flow meters with or without gas volume correction devices.
