GB/T 35086-2018 is the English-translated version of MEMS电场传感器通用技术条件.

GB/T 35086-2018 is the general specification for MEMS electric field sensors, whose sensitive element is made with micro-electromechanical systems technology to sense electric field strength and convert it into a usable output signal.

It covers the raw materials, which shall be certified unless otherwise specified, the composition of the sensor, the technical requirements, the test items and methods, the inspection rules, and marking, packaging, storage and transportation.

The environmental tests draw on the GB/T 2423 series, from low and high temperature, damp heat, shock and vibration to salt spray, low pressure and temperature change, alongside electrostatic discharge immunity and static performance indicators.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the raw materials, structural composition, technical requirements, test items and MEMS electric field sensors (hereinafter referred to as "sensors"). Methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation.

This standard applies to the development, production and procurement of MEMS electric field sensors. Other types of electric field sensors can be referred to.

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 MEMS electric field sensor
