Scope
GB/T 33659-2017 is the English-translated version of 农贸市场计量管理与服务规范.
GB/T 33659-2017 sets out the metrological management and the service requirements for markets of agricultural products, the farmers' markets where produce is retailed on a fixed, regularly open trading site.
It gives the management requirements, the requirements for looking after the measuring equipment, the technical requirements on measurement and the service requirements, with annexes listing the measuring instruments subject to mandatory verification and the order in which complaints are handled.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Farmer market
Mainly to the retail sales of agricultural products, mainly for the buyers and sellers to provide regular open fixed trading venues, supporting facilities kimono Business of retail places.
3.2 Farmers market organizers
Responsible for the farmers market management and management of legal entities or natural persons.
3.3 Business households
To the farmers market sponsors to rent the venue, the spot retail transactions of legal entities or natural persons.
3.4 Measure negative deviation
The negative difference between the actual weight value of the retail item and the settlement weight value.
3.5 Allowable shortage
The maximum allowable amount (or quantity) of the difference between the net amount of the marked and the actual content of the single piece of packaged goods.
3.6 Substandard weighing instruments
Weighing apparatus with one of the following conditions.
--- the state out of the weighing weighing instruments;
--- not apply for verification, more than the test cycle or by the test of non-qualified weighing measuring instruments.
