Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the cold rolling mill main drive cross shaft type universal coupling (hereinafter referred to as universal coupling) structure type, the basic parameters And the main dimensions, product marking, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to the joint gear or motor output shaft and cold rolling mill, leveling machine roll of the main drive shaft of the universal coupling.

Transmission nominal torque of 60kN · m ~ 1150kN · m, rotation diameter phi225mm ~ phi550mm, the maximum axis angle of 5 °, no stretch Shrink structure, the working environment temperature is -20 °C ~ 80 °C.
