Foreword
This Part identically uses ISO 15612.2004 "Specification and qualification of
welding procedures for metallic materials - Qualification by adoption of a
standard welding procedure" (English version).
In order to ensure the standard coordination and operability, this Part made the
necessary editorial changes in the equivalent of the translation of ISO
15612.2004.
Compared with ISO 15612, this Part has the following main changes.
- directly used the terms of GB/T 3375 "Welding terminology";
- added Annex A, Annex B, Annex C and Annex D to describe the groups of
related materials.
This Part is issued for the first time.
Annex A, Annex B, Annex C and Annex D of this Part are informative.
This Part was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.
This Part shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee on
Welding of Standardization Administration of China.
