Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 33097-2016 "Elastic Insulated Suspension Assembly". Compared with GB/T 33097-2016, the main differences are in structural adjustments and... Aside from editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The requirements for component machining accuracy have been removed (see

4.1.1 in the.2016 version);

b) Increased requirements for the appearance and structure of conductive pads (see 5.1.2.3);

c) The material requirements for nuts and washers have been removed (see

4.1.3.1 in the.2016 version);

d) The requirements for the insulating core rod material have been changed (see 5.1.3.2,

4.1.3.2 of the.2016 version);

e) The material requirements for rubber elastomers and insulating skirts have been changed (see Table 1, Tables 2 and 3 in the.2016 edition);

f) The mating dimensions of the suspension components have been changed (see Table 3, Table 4 in the.2016 edition);

g) The mechanical performance requirements for the suspension components have been changed (see Table 4, Table 5 in the.2016 edition);

h) The creepage distance specifications for electrical performance have been changed (see Table 5, Table 6 in the.2016 edition);

i) The test methods for the machining accuracy of parts, nuts, and washers have been removed (see

1 Scope

GB/T 33097-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the elastic insulating hanger - the component that carries a pipe or a cable while breaking the electrical path and damping the vibration, with its load rating, its insulation resistance and its ageing. It replaces GB/T 33097-2016. It was issued on 2 December 2025 and has been in force since 1 July 2026, replacing GB/T 33097-2016. The document is under the responsibility of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
