Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 30430-2013 "Standard column for gas chromatograph test", compared with GB/T 30430-2013, except The main technical changes outside the editorial changes are as follows.

--- Removed the relevant content of "large-diameter capillary column" (see 3.1, 4.1, 4.2, 5.2.2, 8.1.3 of the 2013 edition);

--- Removed FPD and FPD (P), FPD (S) related content (see 3.3, 5.1.2, 6.1.1.2, 6.1.1.3, 2013, 6.1.2.4, A.1.2 in Appendix A, and A.1.3 in Appendix A);

--- Increased the terminology and formula, index and test method for separation (see 3.1.2, 5.1.2, 5.2.2, 5.3, 6.1.2.2, Appendix A) A.1, Appendix A, A.2);

--- Increased the standard column fixed liquid film thickness parameters, modify the column length and its error parameters (see 4.2, 4.2 edition of 4.2);

--- Deleted the relevant content of "effective number of meters per meter" (see 5.1.2, 5.2.2, 6.1.2.2.3 of the 2013 edition);

--- Increased pressure gauge for test equipment (see 6.1.1.1);

---Modified "carrier gas flow rate" as "carrier gas flow rate" (see 6.1.1.3, Appendix A, A.1, 2013 edition, 6.1.1.3, Appendix A) A.1.1);

---Modified test procedures (see 6.1.2.3, 6.1.2.4, 6.1.2.3, 6.1.2.4 of the 2013 edition);

--- Revised the schematic diagram of the gas resistance measurement of the column and added a statement of the test method (see 6.1.2.4, 6.1.2.3 of the 2013 edition);

--- Modified the mass concentration of naphthalene (see 6.2.1.2, 6.2.1.2 of the 2013 edition);

--- Revised the "standard column can withstand 400 °C high temperature" provisions (see 8.1.1, 2013 version 8.1.1);

--- Modified the packed column performance test chromatogram and capillary column performance test chromatogram, removed the solvent peak mark (see Appendix A) A.1 in Appendix A.1, Appendix A, A.1.1 in Appendix A of 2013 edition, and A.2 in Appendix A).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms, abbreviations, classifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and standards for standard chromatographic columns for gas chromatograph testing, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc.

This standard is applicable to standard chromatographic columns (hereinafter referred to as standard columns) for evaluating the quality and performance of gas chromatograph products.
