Scope

GB/T 30256-2023 is the English-translated version of 节能量测量和验证技术要求 电机系统.

GB/T 30256-2023 sets the technical requirements for measuring and verifying the energy saved by a motor system retrofit project.

It fixes how the project boundary is drawn and how far the energy consumption statistics reach, states the basic requirements including sampling calculation, uncertainty analysis and interaction effects, describes the measurement and verification methods, and gives the calculation method for the carbon dioxide emissions avoided.

The two methods are the baseline energy consumption and influencing factors model method and the direct comparison method. It defines the electric motor system as motor, control device, transmission device, driven device and pipe network taken together.

It applies to AC electrically driven fan systems, pump liquid delivery systems and general air compressor systems. It replaces GB/T 30256-2013 and GB/T 30257-2013, was issued on 23 May 2023 and has applied since 1 December 2023.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" to be drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 30256-2013 "Technical Requirements for Energy Saving Measurement and Verification Pump Liquid Delivery System" and GB/T 30257-2013 "Technical Requirements for Energy Saving Measurement and Verification Ventilation Fan System". Compatible with GB/T 30256-2013 and GB/T 30257-2013 In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---Changed the scope of application and added the general air compressor system (see Chapter 1, GB/T 30256-2013 and GB/T 30257- Chapter 1 of 2013);

--- Added the term "motor system" and its definition (see 3.1);

--- Added basic requirements for sampling calculation, uncertainty analysis, and interaction effects (see 5.5, 5.7, 5.8);

--- Increased the main energy consumption factors of motor systems such as fan systems, pump liquid delivery systems, and air compressor systems (see 6.1.1);

---Changed the calculation method of "base period energy consumption-influencing factors" model method and direct comparison method, applicable to single or multiple influencing factors factors or working conditions (see 6.1 and 6.2, 5.1 and 5.2 of GB/T 30256-2013, 5.1 and 5.1 of GB/T 30257-2013 5.2);

--- Deleted the simulation software method (see 5.3 of GB/T 30256-2013 and 5.3 of GB/T 30257-2013);

--- Increased carbon dioxide emission reduction calculation method (see Chapter 7).

1 Scope

This document stipulates the project boundary division and energy consumption statistical scope and basic requirements for the energy saving measurement and verification of the motor system energy saving renovation project.

It describes the measurement and verification methods, and the calculation method of carbon dioxide emission reduction.

This document is applicable to motor systems such as AC electric drive fan systems, pump liquid delivery systems, and general air compressor systems.

Measurement and verification of energy savings and calculation of carbon dioxide emission reductions for system energy-saving renovation projects. Motor systems such as machine tools driven by motors, belt conveyors, and Other newly-created projects refer to it.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated references For documents, only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 28750 apply to this document.

3.1 Electric motor system

It consists of a motor, a control device, a transmission device, a driven device, and a pipe network. The electric energy is converted into mechanical energy through the motor, and then A system that realizes various required functions by performing work on the dragged device.

Note: The dragged device is the ventilator, pump, air compressor, etc. that meet the applicable scope of this document.

4 Project boundary division and energy consumption statistics scope

4.1 Project Boundary Division

4.1.1 The project boundary should be reasonably determined according to the project content of the motor system energy-saving renovation project and the site conditions of the motor system. The project boundary is shown in Figure 1 As shown, it usually includes motors, control devices, transmission devices, driven devices, pipe networks and auxiliary equipment, depending on the type of transformation project At the same time, it can also be one of the subsystems.

4.1.2 All equipment and facilities (including auxiliary and auxiliary facilities) affected by energy-saving measures, as well as multiple dragged devices that have mutual influence
