Scope

GB/T 30101-2013 is the English-translated version of 聚乙烯醇水溶短纤维.

GB/T 30101-2013 is the product standard for water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol staple fibre.

Clause 1 states that it specifies the definitions of terms, the classification and marking, the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marks, packaging, transport and storage of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol staple fibre, and that it applies to staple fibre processed from polyvinyl alcohol as raw material with a nominal linear density of 1.00 dtex to 3.00 dtex, adding that products of other specifications may refer to it; that is the only limit the clause sets.

Clause 2 cites thirteen documents: GB/T 3291.1, GB/T 3291.3, GB/T 4146.1, GB/T 6503, GB/T 6529, GB/T 6682, GB/T 8170, GB/T 14334, GB/T 14335, GB/T 14336, GB/T 14337, GB/T 14338 and GB/T 14339.

Clause 3, Terms and Definitions, takes over the terms of GB/T 3291.1, GB/T 3291.3 and GB/T 4146.1 and adds three of its own: the production batch, the batches produced continuously from the same raw materials, chemical materials, auxiliary materials, process conditions and product specification; the inspection lot, the batch set up over a certain period to test the stability of product quality in continuous production; and the water-breaking temperature, the lowest temperature at which a fibre bundle under a prescribed load breaks when fully heated in water.

The foreword states that Appendix A and Appendix B are informative annexes.

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. The Standard Appendix A, Appendix B is an informative annex. The standard proposed by China Textile Industry Association.

This part of the National Standardization Technical Committee based textile branch (SAC/TC209/SC1) centralized.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the definition of the term water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol staple fibers, classification and labeling requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packages Loading, transport and storage.

This standard applies to PVA as raw material, processed from the nominal linear density of 1.00dtex ~ 3.00dtex of polyvinyl alcohol Melting staple fibers, other specifications can refer to the use of the product.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 3291.1, GB/T 3291.3, GB/T 4146.1 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Production batch

It refers to raw materials, chemical materials, auxiliary materials, process conditions, the same product specifications, continuously produced batches.

3.2 Inspection lot

In a certain period of time, to test the stability of the continuous production process of product quality set batch.

3.3 Fusing temperature

Fiber bundle at a predetermined load, the lowest temperature in the water is fully heated at break.
