GB/T 41442-2022 is the Chinese national method for measuring the pure cashmere content of cashmere by near infrared spectrometry. 1 Scope
This document describes a test method for the detection of cashmere net cashmere by near-infrared spectroscopy.
This document is suitable for the rapid detection of the net cashmere rate of raw cashmere and washed cashmere.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Calibration database
A database consisting of a set of near-infrared spectra and calibration values of cashmere samples involved in calibration.
3.2 Calibrated sample
Samples that pass verification during the calibration process.
Note: The calibration sample is used as the verification material for calibration in this document.
3.3 Sampleoutsidelibrary
The standard deviation of the spectrum does not exceed the set threshold and the error of the property value is less than the maximum allowable value of the reproducibility of the calibration method, and the spectral similarity is greater than the set value. Samples that mark the boundaries of the database.
3.4 Outliersample
Samples that failed verification during calibration.
Note: Include samples whose spectral standard deviation exceeds the set threshold or whose property value error is greater than the reproducibility of the calibration method.
4 Principles
Based on the correlation between the change of the net cashmere rate of the sample and the change of its molecular spectrum, a multivariate analysis method was used to establish a spectroscopic determination of net According to the calibration curve of the cashmere ratio, measure the spectrum of the sample to be tested to obtain the net cashmere ratio.
