Foreword
This section GB/T 2900 Part 57.
The partial modification of the use of IEC 60050-604. 1987 "International Electrotechnical Vocabulary - Part 604. Generation, transmission and distribution operations," and International Electrotechnical Commission 2003 reference document (1/1905/CD), modify some of the definitions of terms.
This part of IEC 60050-604. 1987 compared, there is a technical difference.
--- Modified 604-01-04,604-01-33,604-02-14,604-03-33 such definitions;
--- Remove half the peak time of the entry 604-03-22 shock wave.
This Part replaces GB/T 2900.57-2002 "Electrotechnical terminology Generation, transmission and distribution operations." this section compared with the GB/T 2900.57-2002 main changes are as follows.
--- Modify the term entry number;
--- Modified 604-01-03,604-02-34,604-02-36,604-02-37,604-04-21 such definitions;
--- 604-01-15 modified the term "voltage flatness";
--- 604-03-26 modified the term "shock wave head cut off";
--- 604-01-33 modified the term "continuity of supply criterion";
--- Remove the "[operating shock wave] peak time" entry.
This part of the National Electrotechnical Terminology Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC232) and focal points.
This in part by China Electric Power Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the China Electricity Council machinery responsible for drafting.
1 Scope
This section provides electricity generation, transmission and distribution operation in the field of terminology.
This section applies to the planning, management, design, power generation, transmission and distribution and other areas of power system.
2 Terms and definitions
2.1 Power Quality
604-01-01
Distribution enterprises in accordance with such frequency, voltage, continuity, maximum demand, supply points and the rates and other technical and commercial rules, to provide consumers with Utility services.
604-01-02
Power distribution system to consumers through entities.
604-01-03
user
Usually by the power distribution system of electricity users.
604-01-04
Agreed point in a power system according to the technical specifications and business rules of supply.
Note. The feeding point may be different from the demarcation point between user equipment and power supply systems, or different from the measurement point.
604-01-05
Technical parameters of the power supply system exceeds a predetermined index deviation (explicit or implicit) assessment.
604-01-06
At a given time, the system frequency and the difference between the nominal value.
604-01-07
Within a given time, based on the frequency deviation of the observed power system of power quality.
604-01-08
After corrective action in played frequency modulator, the frequency of the system still has a relatively long duration, low frequency deviation.
604-01-09
Generally due to overload resulting in a longer time to reduce the frequency of the system.
