Scope

GB/T 28814-2012 is the English-translated version of ±800kV换流站运行规程编制导则.

GB/T 28814-2012 is a guide for drawing up the operating code of a converter station.

Clause 1 says the standard specifies the format, the content and the requirements for writing the operating procedures of converter stations of plus or minus 800 kV and below, and that it applies to the preparation, the approval and the management of those procedures.

Clause 2 cites GB/T 2900.50, GB/T 2900.57, GB/T 2900.59, GB/T 13498, GB/Z 14429-2005 and DL/T 800. The table of contents lists an Introduction, 1 Scope, 2 Normative references, a clause 3 on the main content of the operating procedures and a clause 4 on their management.
