Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 28846-2012 "Red Scarf". Compared with GB/T 28846-2012, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes In addition, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Added the "Specifications" chapter, and adjusted the requirements for the shape and size of the red scarf in 3.2.1 of the.2012 edition into this chapter (see Section 4 chapter);

--- Modified the requirements for color fastness to dry rubbing, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to water, and color fastness to soaping (see 5.1,.2012 edition 3.1);

--- Added the assessment items of burning performance, color fastness to saliva and color fastness to light (see 5.1);

--- Modified the specification and size tolerance requirements (see 5.2.1, 3.2.1 of the.2012 edition);

--- Modify the color and color difference requirements (see 5.2.2, 3.2.2 of the.2012 edition);

--- Modified the sewing requirements of the product (see 5.2.3, 3.2.3 of the.2012 edition);

--- Modified the requirements for appearance defects (see 5.2.4, 3.2.4 of the.2012 edition);

--- Modified the test parameters of the tensile test (see 6.7, 4.6 of the.2012 edition);

--- Modified the test conditions for color fastness to soaping (see 6.11, 4.10 of the.2012 edition);

--- Added the test methods of 6.6, 6.12 and 6.13;

--- Modified the color difference test method (see 6.15, 4.12 of the.2012 edition);

--- Modified the inspection scope of appearance defects (see 6.16, 4.13 of the.2012 edition);

--- Added sampling rules 7.1.1 and 7.1.2 (see 7.1.1 and 7.1.2).

--- Revised the appearance quality sampling plan in Table 4 (see 7.1, 5.1 of the.2012 edition);

--- Modified the packaging requirements (see 8.1, 6.1 of the.2012 edition);

--- Modified the requirements for the sign (see 8.2, 6.2 of the.2012 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the specifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation and marking of red scarves. This document applies to red scarves made of woven fabrics.
