Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document is Part 2 of GB/T 26865 "Real-time Dynamic Monitoring System for Power Systems". GB/T 26865 has released the following part.

---Part 2: Data transfer protocol.

This document replaces GB/T 26865.2-2011 "Real-time dynamic monitoring system for power systems Part 2: Data transmission protocol" and is consistent with Compared with GB/T 26865.2-2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed the protocol version number to 4 (see Table 1, Table 17, Table 1, Table 16 of the 2011 version);

b) Added status monitoring frame (see 5.5, A.11, Appendix H);

c) Added continuous wave recording and transmission function (see 6.1, 6.2, 6.5);

d) Added offline data compression and transmission function (see Table 28);

e) Added the file transfer process issued by the main station (see Appendix I);

f) Added harmonic and inter-harmonic data transmission functions (see Appendix J).

Introduction

GB/T 26865 "Real-time Dynamic Monitoring System for Power Systems" aims to establish a master station that is generally applicable to real-time dynamic monitoring systems for power systems. and the guidelines for the research and development, testing, engineering implementation and system application of the real-time dynamic monitoring system substation of the power system are planned to be composed of five parts.

---Part 1: Technical specifications. The purpose is to establish the main station of the real-time dynamic monitoring system of the power system and the real-time power system Overall technical requirements and related specifications for dynamic monitoring system substations.

---Part 2: Data transfer protocol. The purpose is to establish a system suitable for real-time dynamic monitoring of power systems between main stations, between main stations and Data exchange between substations and between synchronized phasor measurement units and phasor data concentrators within the real-time dynamic monitoring substation system method.

---Part 3: Technical specifications for synchronized phasor measuring devices. The purpose is to establish a subsystem suitable for real-time dynamic monitoring of power systems. Technical requirements and related specifications of the website.

---Part 4: Detection requirements for synchronized phasor measuring devices. The purpose is to establish a subsystem suitable for real-time dynamic monitoring of power systems.

The test items, test methods, and judgment methods of test results of the station.

---Part 5: Master station system. The purpose is to establish the technical requirements and detection applicable to the master station of the real-time dynamic monitoring system of the power system. Requirements and methods of data exchange with other systems.

This document serves as the data transmission protocol for the real-time dynamic monitoring system of the power system and is suitable for the main station of the real-time dynamic monitoring system of the power system.

Data transmission between the main station and the sub-station, and is also suitable for real-time dynamic monitoring of the internal synchronized phasor measurement unit and phasor data of the sub-station system. Data transfer between concentrators.

GB/T 28815 "Technical Specifications for Real-time Dynamic Monitoring Master Station of Electric Power System" specifies the system requirements for the master station of real-time dynamic monitoring system of electric power system.

The requirements, system functions, performance indicators, system detection and testing methods, and data exchange methods with other systems are standardized.

GB/T 28815 is the only standard for communication between the main station, sub-stations and main station of the dynamic monitoring system.

GB/T 26862 "Specifications for Testing of Synchrophasor Measurement Devices in Power Systems" Detection Items for Substations of Real-time Dynamic Monitoring Systems of Power Systems The purpose, detection methods, and determination methods of detection results were standardized. GB/T 26862 normatively cites this document. On the one hand, it serves as the The communication functions that the substation should have are included in the detection project. On the other hand, the real-time dynamics of the detected power system are also extracted for the automatic detection system.

Communication protocol support is provided for measuring measurement error determination based on the measurement data of the monitoring system substations.

DL/T 280 "General Technical Conditions for Power System Synchrophasor Measurement Devices" technology for power system real-time dynamic monitoring system substations Requirements and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation, and storage are standardized. DL/T 280 is the only communication between the substation and the main station of the dynamic monitoring system. One standard.

DL/T 1405.1 "Synchronized phasor measurement device for smart substations - Part 1: Communication interface specifications", DL/T 1405.2 "Smart substation Station synchronized phasor measuring device Part 2: Technical specifications", DL/T 1405.3 "Intelligent substation synchronized phasor measuring device Part 3 Three standards including "Testing Specifications" regulate the substations of the real-time dynamic monitoring system of the power system used in smart substations.

DL/T 1405.1 is the only standard for communication between substations and master stations in dynamic monitoring systems.

In summary, follow this document and the above-mentioned documents that normatively quote this document to carry out real-time dynamic monitoring of the power system main station, power system When conducting research and development, testing, and project implementation of real-time dynamic monitoring system substations, the differences between the latest version of this document and the 2011 version need to be considered. System compatibility issues.
