Scope
GB/T 26675-2011 is the English-translated version of 机床电气、电子和可编程电子控制系统 绝缘电阻试验规范.
GB/T 26675-2011 is the Chinese national method for the insulation resistance test on the electrical, electronic and programmable electronic control systems of machine tools.
It gives the terms and definitions, the test equipment and the test environment, the general requirements, the test procedure and what the test record must contain.
It applies to machine tool electrical systems with a nominal voltage up to 1000 V AC or 1500 V DC and a rated frequency up to 200 Hz, and other electrical systems may use it as a reference.
Machine tool builders and the laboratories that certify them use it to prove that the insulation is sound before the machine is put into service. Issued on 16 June 2011, it has applied since 1 December 2011.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the electrical machine, electronic and programmable electronic control systems insulation resistance test terms and definitions, test equipment, test Environment, general requirements, test methods and test records.
This standard applies to nominal voltage not exceeding AC1000V or DC1500V, does not exceed the rated frequency of 200Hz electrical machine, Electronic and programmable electronic control systems (hereinafter collectively referred to as machine tools, electrical systems), the insulation resistance test, similar to the machine mechanical and electrical insulation systems Resistance test may refer to this standard.
Note 1. Machine refers to metal cutting machine tools, electric machines and other types of machines.
Note 2. machine tools, electrical, electronic and programmable electronic control systems refer to the machine electrical systems, electronic systems and programmable electronic control systems. In the electrical machine System applications of electronic systems and programmable electronic control system is part of the electrical system of the machine, not a separate system.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Insulation resistance
Contacting the sample with two or embedded in the insulation resistance between the electrodes of the sample, it is applied to the electrode constant DC voltage and applied voltage The ratio of total current between the electrodes after room. It depends on the volume resistivity and surface resistivity of the sample.
