1 Scope
This standard specifies the variable nozzle turbocharger loop terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Nozzle ring
Turbocharger turbine wheel inlet leading edge, a plurality of gas guide vane ring combination thereof.
3.2 Nozzle ring assembly
Assembly by the nozzle ring blades and other parts of the installation disk.
3.3 Nozzle ring assembly
It consists of all parts and assemblies nozzle ring nozzle ring assembly, cover, turbine sets, and other components of the drive components.
3.4 Variable nozzle ring
By the nozzle ring assembly or nozzle ring assembly constituted blades (group) can be adjusted within a certain range and control of the nozzle ring.
3.5 Vane
The leading edge of the turbine impeller inlet, the gas flow from the guide and regulate parts.
3.6 Installation disk
Holds the disc-shaped nozzle ring vane parts.
