Scope
GB/T 26045-2025 is the English-translated version of 蓄电池板栅用铅合金锭.
GB/T 26045-2025 is the Chinese national standard on lead alloys ingot for accumulator cell slab lattice, in the field of metallurgy. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 31 October 2025 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 May 2026. Classification: ICS 77.150.60, CCS H62. This page is published from the official record of the standard held by the Chinese standards administration: the identification, the dates, the classification and the issuing body are taken from there. The clause text, the tables and the numeric limits are in the document itself, which is delivered complete in English translation.

Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 26045-2010 "Lead-Calcium Alloy Ingots for Battery Grids". Compared with GB/T 26045-2010, except for the structure... Aside from adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition);
b) The lead-calcium alloy ingot grades were changed, and the grades "PC1, PC2, PC3, PC4, PC5, PC6" were merged and changed to the grade "PbCa" (see...). Chapter 4 (
4.1 in the.2010 edition);
c) Three new product categories have been added. recycled lead-calcium alloy ingots, lead-antimony alloy ingots, and lead-rare earth alloy ingots (see Chapter 4);
d) The chemical composition of the lead-calcium alloy ingot was changed (see 5.1.1,
4.2 of the.2010 edition);
e) The chemical composition of recycled lead-calcium alloy ingots, lead-antimony alloy ingots, and lead-rare earth alloy ingots has been increased (see 5.1.1);
f) A single-weight specification of 27kg±3kg has been added (see 5.2.2);
g) The time limit for the supplier to notify the supplier when test results are inconsistent has been changed from "15 days" to "30 days" (see 7.1.2,.2010). Version 6.1.2);
h) The requirement of "batch size not exceeding 100t" has been added (see 7.2). Please note that some content in this document may involve patents.
