1 Scope
GB/T 23703 provisions of this part of the basic framework of knowledge management for the organization to provide a common reference model for knowledge management.
This section applies to.
a) to improve the competitiveness of the organization through the implementation of knowledge management;
b) evaluate the organization of knowledge management organization;
c) the proposed organizational knowledge management services organization.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 19000-2008 determined and the following terms and definitions apply to GB/T 23703 in this section.

Note 1. Knowledge can be explicit, it can be hidden; can be tissue, it can be personal.

Knowledge, knowledge creation and application of knowledge process planning and management activities.
3.3
Responsibilities, authorities and relationships get arranged a group of people and facilities.
Example. Some or portfolio company, corporation, firm, enterprise, institution, charity, sole trader, association, or the above-mentioned organizations.
