Foreword

This document was drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 “Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents”.

This document replaces GB/T 22849-2014 “Knitted T-shirt”. Compared with GB/T 22849-2014, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

- ADD the term and definition of “fluorescent color” (see Clause 3);

- ADD the marking principle of out-of-range size (see Clause 4);

- MODIFY the requirements for distortion rate after washing (see Table 1, Table 1

- ADD the assessment requirements and description of dimensional change rate after dry cleaning, color fastness to dry cleaning, and appearance quality after dry cleaning (see Table 1);

transfer in joints (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2014 edition);

1 Scope

This document specifies the product size, technical requirements, sampling rules, judgment rules, product instructions, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of knitted T-shirts, and describes the corresponding test methods.

This document applies to the identification of the quality of various types of knitted Tshirts made mainly of knitted fabrics.

This document does not apply to knitted T-shirts for infants and young children aged 36 months and below.

3 Terms and definitions

The color that certain substances exhibit when they absorb incident light of a certain wavelength and are excited to emit visible light.

4 Product size

According to the provisions of FZ/T 70014 or GB/T 1335 (all parts). The sizes that exceed the standard range shall be increased or decreased in sequence according to the grade values and principles specified in the standard.

7 Sampling rules

7.1 For internal quality, 4 pieces shall be randomly sampled by batch, type and color. If the number is insufficient, the sampling quantity may be increased.

7.2 For appearance quality, 1 % ~ 3 % shall be randomly sampled by batch, type and color, but it shall not be less than 20 pieces.
