Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 20865-2007 "no-till fertilizer seeder." Compared with GB/T 20865-2007, the main technical content change As follows.

--- Increased less tillage sowing, sowing fertilization joint operating terms (see 3.3 and 3.9);

--- Increasing the requirements of rotating and folding parts (see 4.1.5 and 4.8.2.6);

--- Increased model coding requirements (see 4.1.6);

--- Adjust the distance between the seed fertilizer (see 4.2.2.2 and 4.2.2.2, 2007 edition 4.2.1.4, 4.2.2.4);

--- Increased ground mobilization rate, deep plowing and sowing pass rate requirements (see Table 1, Table 2);

--- Increased single grain seeder part of the technical indicators (see Table 2);

--- Refined loading platform safety technical requirements (see 4.8.1.7);

--- Increasing the special requirements of driven farming parts (see 4.8.2);

--- Increasing non-operating conditions should be able to reliably cut off the power requirements (see 4.8.2.4);

--- Increased rotating and folding parts of the air run test requirements (see 5.2);

--- Increasing the single grain-less (less) plowing and fertilizer seeper performance index formula (see 5.3.3.4);

--- Increased the classification of inspection items (see Table 6 and Table 7);

--- Removed the corn grain passing rate, the percentage of empty section of the technical indicators and test methods (see.2007 edition of Table 2 and 5.3.3);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the no-tillage or less tillage fertilizer seeder technical requirements, performance indicators, safety technical requirements, the main technical requirements for parts and components And test methods and inspection rules, signs, packaging and storage.

This standard applies to mechanical, pneumatic tillage or less tillage fertilizer seeder.
