Scope
GB/T 19812.3-2017 is the English-translated version of 塑料节水灌溉器材 第3部分:内镶式滴灌管及滴灌带.
GB/T 19812.3-2017 is Part 3 of the Chinese national series on plastic water-saving irrigation equipment and covers drip pipe and drip tape with emitters inlaid inside.
It applies to non-pressure-compensating pipe and tape made mainly from polyolefin, carrying water at no more than 45 °C. The standard sets out terms, marking, materials and requirements such as flow uniformity, the relation between flow and inlet pressure, resistance to sediment clogging, pressure resistance, burst pressure, tensile performance, artificial ageing and carbon black content.
It also gives the sample conditioning, the test methods, the inspection rules and the packaging, transport and storage. Manufacturers and test laboratories use it.
It replaces GB/T 19812.3-2008, was issued on 1 November 2017 and has applied since 1 May 2018.

Foreword
GB/T 19812 "plastic water-saving irrigation equipment" is divided into five parts.
--- Part 1. Single-wing labyrinth drip tape;
--- Part 2. Pressure compensated dripper and drip irrigation pipe;
--- Part 3. Inlaid drip irrigation and drip tape;
--- Part 4. Polyethylene (PE) branch pipe;
--- Part 5. Buried drip pipe.
This section GB/T 19812 Part 3.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This Part replaces GB/T 19812.3-2008 "plastic water-saving irrigation equipment inlaid drip irrigation pipe, with" and GB/T 19812.3-2008 compared to the main technical changes other than editorial changes are as follows.
--- The standard name was changed to "plastic water-saving irrigation equipment Part 3. Inlaid drip irrigation and drip tape";
--- Removed the "paragraph" in the last paragraph "This section does not apply to the use of buried irrigation pipe, with" (see Chapter 1, 2008 edition 1 chapter);
--- Normative references added GB/T 2918-1998, GB/T 8804.3-2003, GB/T 16422.2-2014, GB/T 19278-2003, GB/T 19466.6-2009, SL571-2013 (see Chapter 2);
--- Removed the term "flow index", adding "rated working pressure" "nominal wall thickness" "nominal diameter" of the definition (see Chapter 3, 2008 edition Chapter 3);
--- "Marking" chapter added "wall thickness" of the marking requirements "Specifications. Pipe diameter (mm) × nominal wall thickness (mm) × Drip hole spacing (mm) "(see Chapter 4, 2008 Edition, Chapter 5);
--- "Material" chapter, an increase of "manufacture of drip irrigation pipe, drip irrigation tape used should be polyethylene" "should not use medical waste and have Recycled materials from toxic and hazardous chemical packaging "" Made according to this section Polyethylene drip irrigation tubes or polyethylene drip tapes Used raw materials can be added to recover from the field according to this part of the production of polyethylene drip tape made of recycled material, the performance should be Fu For the requirements of this part, see Appendix A "and other requirements (see Chapter 5, 2008 edition Chapter 6);
--- Deleted two kinds of pressure rating of "250kPa" and "320kPa" (see 6.3.1, 2008 edition 7.2.1) in the specification of drip irrigation pipe;
--- Remove the "drip irrigation with nominal wall thickness and its limit deviation" requirements "0.50mm" "0.60mm" two specifications (see 6.3.2.2, 2008 edition 7.2.2.2);
--- Modify "C" value and "Cv" value in "Flow Uniformity" requirement, "C" is changed to "Average flow q relative to rated flow qn (C) should be within ± 7%. "" Cv "should be amended to read" not to exceed 7% "(see 6.4, 2008 version 7.3);
--- Modify "the relationship between flow and inlet pressure" in the "Rq", revised to "the average flow curve of the flow rate relative to The deviation (Rq value) of the flow rate obtained from the plant curve should be within ± 7%. "(See 6.5, 2008 edition 7.4);
--- Increase the "anti-sediment blocking performance requirements" (see 6.6);
--- Modify the "pressure resistance" at 23 °C and change to "non-reusing drip tape should be able to withstand 1.5 times the rated working pressure;" "Reusable Drip pipe, drip tape should be able to withstand 2 times the rated working pressure "" Flow rate deviation should be within ± 7%. " (See 6.7.1, 2008 edition 7.5.1);
--- Modify the "water pressure at 45 °C", the test temperature is modified to "(45 ± 2) °C"; the maintenance time is changed to "and maintain 1h"; flow The amount of deviation is revised to read "Flow rate deviation should be within ± 7%" (see 7.6.2, 2008 version 7.5.2);
