Scope

GB/T 19812.1-2017 is the English-translated version of 塑料节水灌溉器材 第1部分:单翼迷宫式滴灌带.

GB/T 19812.1-2017 covers single-wing labyrinth drip tape: flattened, coiled tape with drip holes and a labyrinth flow channel on one side.

It sets out the terms, marking, materials, requirements, test samples and conditions, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transport and storage, and applies to tape made mainly from polyolefins by extrusion and vacuum forming that carries water at no more than 45 °C. Its definitions include the flow constant and the nominal working pressure, typically 100 kPa.

Compared with the 2005 edition it adds nominal wall thicknesses of 0.14 mm, 0.30 mm and 0.40 mm, requires the average flow to stay within ±7 % of the rated flow, and adds an informative annex on recycled polyethylene.

It is Part 1 of GB/T 19812, replaces GB/T 19812.1-2005, was issued on 1 November 2017 and has applied since 1 May 2018.

Foreword

GB/T 19812 "plastic water-saving irrigation equipment" is divided into five parts.

--- Part 1. Single-wing labyrinth drip tape;

--- Part 2. Pressure compensated dripper and drip irrigation pipe;

--- Part 3. Inlaid drip irrigation and drip tape;

--- Part 4. Polyethylene (PE) branch pipe;

--- Part 5. Buried drip pipe.

This section GB/T 19812 Part 1.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This section instead of GB/T 19812.1-2005 "plastic water-saving irrigation equipment single-wing labyrinth drip tape" and GB/T 19812.1-2005, except for editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.

--- The standard name was changed to "plastic water-saving irrigation equipment Part 1. Single-wing labyrinth drip tape";

--- Removed the last paragraph of "scope" "This section does not apply to other types of drip tape." (See Chapter 1, 2005 edition of the 1 chapter);

--- Normative references added GB/T 2918-1998, GB/T 18251-2000, GB/T 19278-2003, GB/T 19466.6-2009, SL571-2013 (see Chapter 2);

--- Removed the term "flow index", an increase of "rated working pressure" "nominal diameter" "nominal wall thickness" of the definition (see Chapter 3, 2005 edition Chapter 3);

--- Removed the "classification" chapter (see the 2005 edition of Chapter 4);

--- "Marking" chapter added "wall thickness" of the marking requirements, "Specifications. Nominal diameter (mm) × nominal wall thickness (mm) × Drip hole between (Mm) "(see Chapter 4, Chapter 5 of the 2005 edition);

--- "Material" added an added "manufacturing drip tapes should be made of polyethylene" "Do not use medical waste and toxic and harmful Recycled material produced by chemical packaging "" According to this part of polyethylene tape used in the production of raw materials can be added from the field Recycled recycled polyethylene tapes produced in accordance with this standard shall have the properties specified in this section, A "and other requirements (see 5.1, 5.4, 5.6);

--- Increased nominal wall thickness of "0.14mm" "0.30mm" and "0.40mm" three specifications (see 6.3.2, 2005 edition 7.2.2);

--- Modify "C" value and "Cv" value in "Flow Uniformity" requirement, "C" is changed to "Average flow q relative to rated flow qn (C) shall be within ± 7% "and" Cv "shall be amended to" shall not exceed 7% "(see 6.4. 7.3 of 2005);

--- Modify "the relationship between flow and inlet pressure" in the "Rq", revised to "the average flow curve of the flow rate relative to The rate of deviation (Rq) of the flow rate obtained from the plant curve should be within ± 7% "(see 6.5, 2005 edition 7.4);

--- Modify the "pull-resistant performance" in the load, revised to "should be able to withstand the required load" (see 6.9, 2005 version 7.8);

--- Modify the "carbon black content" index value, revised to "(2.25 ± 0.50)%" (see 6.10, 2005 edition of 7.10);

--- Increased the sample conditioning requirements "at a temperature of (23 ± 2) °C under the conditions of conditioning at least 24h." (See 7.2);

--- Modify the "flow and the relationship between inlet pressure" test method (see 8.5, 2005 version 8.6);

--- "Anti-sediment clogging performance" test method to increase the requirements of Table 4 on the sediment grading (see 8.6);

--- Pull-resistant performance test method adds Table 5, the test load is loaded by the nominal wall thickness of the product were classified (See 8.9);

--- Modify the "batch" program, revised to "each batch of 5,000 volumes"; seven days production was revised to "less than 5,000 volumes" (see 9.1, 2005 version 9.1);

--- Increase the "sampling plan" in the batch number N and the sample size n (see 9.2.2);

--- Modify the "type test" period, revised to "two years" (see 9.3, 2005 edition 9.3);

--- Increasing the "type test" decision rules (see 9.4.2);

--- Added an informative appendix "Polyethylene recycling materials performance" (see Appendix A).
