Scope

GB/T 19812.2-2017 is the English-translated version of 塑料节水灌溉器材 第2部分:压力补偿式滴头及滴灌管.

GB/T 19812.2-2017 is Part 2 of the Chinese national series on plastic water-saving irrigation equipment and deals with pressure compensating emitters and emitting pipes, whose flow stays relatively constant while the inlet pressure varies between the manufacturer's minimum and maximum working pressures.

It sets out the terms and definitions, classification and marking, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and the marking, packaging, transport and storage of these products.

It applies to emitters with flow or pressure regulation and to emitting pipes made mainly from polyolefin. The points covered include flow uniformity, the flow and pressure curve and its correlation coefficient, pressure resistance at 45 °C, carbon black content and oxidation induction time.

It replaces GB/T 19812.2-2005, was issued on 1 November 2017 and has applied since 1 May 2018.

Foreword

GB/T 19812 "plastic water-saving irrigation equipment" is divided into five parts.

--- Part 1. Single-wing labyrinth drip tape;

--- Part 2. Pressure compensated dripper and drip irrigation pipe;

--- Part 3. Inlaid drip irrigation pipe (with);

--- Part 4. Polyethylene (PE) hoses;

--- Part 5. Buried drip pipe.

This section GB/T 19812 Part 2.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This Part replaces GB/T 19812.2-2005 "plastic water-saving irrigation equipment pressure compensated dripper and drip irrigation pipe", and GB/T 19812.2-2005 compared to the main technical content changes as follows.

--- The standard name was changed to "plastic water-saving irrigation equipment Part 2. Pressure compensated dripper and drip irrigation pipe";

--- Removed the last paragraph of "scope" "This section does not apply to seepage pipes and buried drip irrigation pipe" (see Chapter 1, GB/T 19812.2-2005 edition of Chapter 1);

--- Removed "normative references" GB/T 17188, an increase of GB/T 2918, GB/T 19278, GB/T 19466.6, GB/T 19812.1-2017, SL571 (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2005 edition);

--- Removed "terms and definitions" in the "flow index" and "flow index", an increase of "pressure-compensated dripper and drip irrigation" set (See Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2005 edition);

--- Removed "materials" in the "pressure compensation of functional components should be able to meet the normal use of five-year requirements"; added "manufacturing drip irrigation The material used is preferably polyethylene "and" should not be recycled from medical waste and toxic and hazardous chemical packaging "(See 5.1 and 5.4, version 6.3 of 2005);

--- "Mark" added "wall thickness" marking requirements "Specifications. Nominal diameter (mm) × nominal wall thickness (mm) × Drip hole spacing (mm) "(see 4.2.1);

--- Modify the size of drip irrigation pipe specifications, an increase of nominal wall thickness of 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm specifications and pole Limit deviation ", delete the" nominal wall thickness of 1.3mm and above "and" 250kPa, 400kPa "two kinds of pressure level requirements (see 6.3.1.1, the 2005 edition of 7.2.1);

--- Increase the "number of sections per roll, length of each section and the length of each roll deviation rate" requirements (see 6.3.3, 2005 edition of 7.2.1);

--- Modify the "C" and "Cv" values in the "Flow Uniformity" requirement and "C" to "Change the average flow rate q of the drip hole relative to the rated flow The deviation (C) of the quantity qn shall be within ± 7%, and the Cv "shall be amended to" shall not exceed 7% "(see 6.4.1 and 6.4.2, 2005 edition Of 7.3);

--- Modify the "flow and pressure curve" requirements, revised as "within the pressure compensation, flow and inlet pressure curve Should be consistent with the manufacturer, the maximum deviation between the two flow should be within ± 7%. "(See 6.5.1, 2005 edition) 7.4.1);

--- Increase the "flow index measured value and manufacturers claim the value of the deviation" requirement (see 6.5.2, 2005 edition of 7.4.3);

--- Increase the "correlation coefficient" requirements and "correlation coefficient" calculation method (see 6.5.3 and 8.5.3);

--- Modify "hydrostatic pressure at 60 °C water temperature" as "pressure resistance at 45 °C" (see 6.6.2, 2005 edition 7.5.2);

--- Modify the "carbon black content" indicator "(2.25 ± 0.50)%" (see 6.10, 2005 edition of 7.10);

--- Increasing the "oxidation induction time" indicators and test methods (see 6.9 and 8.9);

--- Increase the sample conditioning requirements, "Unless otherwise specified, the sample according to GB/T 2918-1998 provisions should be at an ambient temperature of (23 ± 2) °C conditions for at least 24h state adjustment. (See 7.2, 2005 edition 8.1);
