3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Supervision surveilance
That information systems engineering supervision, supervision units refers to units commissioned by the owners, the relevant state laws and regulations, standards and supervision combined basis

3.2 Owner unit owner
An information systems engineering (including operation and maintenance) contract and the qualification of the project will pay the purchase price and related services unit of capacity.
