1 Scope
GB/T 19668 provisions of this part of the operation and maintenance supervision and related information technology services (hereinafter referred to as supervision and related services) supervision Requirements, supervision content and supervision points. And in accordance with the infrastructure, software, data and information security operations and maintenance services are given four specific Supervision points.
This section applies to.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 19688.1-2014, GB/T 28827.1-2012 as defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Demand side
Owner unit
Operation and maintenance services with the main contract qualifications and payment engineering and related services price ability of the unit.
3.2 Supplier
Operation and maintenance service providers
With independent corporate legal personality, with the ability to provide operational and maintenance services to the demand side to provide operation and maintenance services unit responsible for the management Or deliver one or more O & M services that are provided to the acquirer for rent.
3.3 Operation and maintenance supervision and management
