Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 19425-2003 "General Technical Requirements for Anti-Counterfeiting Products".

In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Added “Anti-counterfeiting”, “Anti-counterfeiting technology”, “Anti-counterfeiting identification features”, “Anti-counterfeiting strength”, “Anti-transfer”, “False recognition rate”, “Anti-counterfeiting traceability”, “Comprehensive anti-counterfeiting” The terms and definitions of "first-line anti-counterfeiting technology", "second-line anti-counterfeiting technology" and "third-line anti-counterfeiting technology" (see Chapter 3);

b) Deleted “anti-counterfeiting mark”, “structure and (or) anti-counterfeiting packaging technology products”, “anti-counterfeiting materials”, “computer-multimedia digital information anti-counterfeiting” The terms and definitions of "technology products", "biometric identification anti-counterfeiting technology products" and "security period" (see Chapter 3 of the 2003 edition);

c) Changed the terms and definitions of “anti-counterfeiting technology product”, “identity uniqueness” and “stability” (see 3.3, 3.6, 3.9, 2003 edition) 3.1, 3.7, 3.8);

d) “Classification” has been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2003 edition);

e) The "anti-counterfeiting strength" requirement has been changed to include the element of advanced anti-counterfeiting technology (see 5.1, 2003 edition);

f) Changed the "identity uniqueness" requirement to "identity uniqueness" and "identity anti-transfer performance" (see 5.2, 5.3, 5.2 of the 2003 edition);

g) The “recognition performance” requirement has been changed to include recognition mode adaptability, recognition scenario applicability, machine reading error rate and machine reading accuracy.

Four elements of speed (see 5.4, 2003 edition);

h) The "stability" requirement has been changed (see 5.5, 5.3 of the 2003 edition);

i) The requirements for “technical security and confidentiality” have been modified (see 5.8, 5.7 of the 2003 edition);

j) The “safety period” requirement has been deleted (see 5.8 of the 2003 edition);

k) Deleted “labeling, packaging, transportation and storage” (see Chapter 8 of the 2003 edition);

l) The “Method for Determining the Level of Anti-Counterfeiting Technology” (see Appendix A of the 2003 Edition) has been changed.

1 Scope

This document specifies the anti-counterfeiting strength, identity uniqueness, anti-transfer performance, identification performance, stability of various anti-counterfeiting technologies and anti-counterfeiting technology products.

The general technical requirements such as safety, adaptability, use environment requirements, technical safety and confidentiality are described, and the corresponding test, verification and evaluation methods are described.

The classification of anti-counterfeiting technology and anti-counterfeiting technology products is given, and the acceptance rules are established.

This document applies to the research and development, design, production, inspection, evaluation and acceptance of various anti-counterfeiting technologies and anti-counterfeiting technology products.

This document is also applicable to guiding the preparation of various anti-counterfeiting technologies and anti-counterfeiting technology product standards.
