Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 18734-2002 "Anti-counterfeiting holographic hot stamping foil". Compared with GB/T 18734-2002, except for the structural adjustment and In addition to the logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The "Scope" of anti-counterfeiting holographic hot stamping foil has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of GB/T 18734-2002);

b) In "Terms and Definitions", "holographic hot stamping foil" was changed to "anti-counterfeiting holographic hot stamping foil", and the definition of "holographic hot stamping foil" was changed (see 3.1, 3.1 of GB/T 18734-2002);

c) The definition of "image position deviation" has been changed (see 3.10, 3.10 of GB/T 18734-2002);

d) Changed "Classification of Anti-Counterfeiting Technology" to "Classification" and changed the classification content (see Chapter 4, GB/T 18734-2002 Chapter 4);

e) Deleted "anti-counterfeiting strength" (see Chapter 5 of GB/T 18734-2002);

f) Changed the index requirements for "scratches" in "Appearance quality" (see 5.1, 6.1 of GB/T 18734-2002);

g) The content of "Product Specifications" has been changed (see 5.2, 6.2 of GB/T 18734-2002);

h) Changed the content of "Characteristic Index", deleted the content of "Hot Stamping Layer Glossiness", changed the content of "Signal to Noise Ratio" and "Hot Stamping Layer Abrasion Resistance". The standard requirements have been increased to include "number of anti-counterfeiting identification features", "anti-counterfeiting strength", "stability" and "identification performance" (see 5.3, GB/T 18734-2002 (6.3);

i) The test methods for "number of anti-counterfeiting identification features", "anti-counterfeiting strength", "stability" and "identification performance" have been added to the "test methods" (see 6.4.2.1, 6.4.3, 6.4.4, 6.4.5);

j) In the "Test method", the contents of "Signal-to-noise ratio" and "Diffraction efficiency" have been changed (see 6.4 and 7.4 of GB/T 18734-2002);

k) The test method for "gloss of hot stamping layer" in "Test methods" has been deleted (see 7.4.5 of GB/T 18734-2002).

Introduction

As one of the major categories of anti-counterfeiting technology products, holographic anti-counterfeiting products are widely used in product identification, labeling and outer packaging.

It is also commonly used in the production of national securities, certificates and certificates, and has a wide range of applications. GB/T 38278 "Technical Conditions for Holographic Anti-counterfeiting Products" is planned to consist of 6 parts.

--- Part 2: Anti-counterfeiting holographic paper. The purpose is to provide relevant requirements and test methods for anti-counterfeiting holographic paper.

--- Part 3: Anti-counterfeiting holographic hot stamping foil. The purpose is to provide the relevant requirements and test methods for anti-counterfeiting holographic hot stamping foil.

--- Part 4: Holographic anti-counterfeiting films. The purpose is to provide relevant requirements and test methods for anti-counterfeiting holographic films.

--- Part 5: Technical requirements for holographic anti-counterfeiting plate making. The purpose is to provide relevant requirements and classification for the plate making of anti-counterfeiting holographic products.

--- Part 6: Cold stamping holographic anti-counterfeiting foil. The purpose is to provide the relevant requirements and test methods for cold stamping anti-counterfeiting holographic foil. Test method.

This document aims to standardize the production, application and inspection of holographic anti-counterfeiting hot stamping foils in hot stamping process, so as to make the holographic anti-counterfeiting hot stamping foil play a better role.

Its anti-counterfeiting effect ensures the stability and controllability of its quality, which is of great significance to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of manufacturers, users and consumers, and maintaining National security and stability are of great significance.

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of anti-counterfeiting holographic hot stamping foil, and gives the test methods and Classified information.

This document applies to the production, inspection and sales of anti-counterfeiting holographic hot stamping foils made using holographic (including micro-nano optical structures) technology and processes.
