GB/T 17002-2025Criterion of production management for anti-counterfeiting technical products (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 17002-1997 "Management Specification for Anti-counterfeiting Printing Products".

In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Added the terms and definitions of “anti-counterfeiting technology”, “anti-counterfeiting technology products”, “production-oriented anti-counterfeiting enterprises” and “digital information service-oriented anti-counterfeiting enterprises”.

b) Deleted “printing”, “special printing”, “printing products”, “printing enterprises”, “anti-counterfeiting printing products”, “Class A anti-counterfeiting printing products”, “Class B Definitions of "Anti-Counterfeiting Printing Products", "Class A Enterprises", "Class B Enterprises", and "General Conditions" (see Chapter 2 of the 1997 edition);

c) The definition of "production management specifications" has been changed (see 3.5, 2.11 of the 1997 edition);

d) Added classification (see Chapter 4);

e) The organizational structure has been changed (see 5.1, Chapter 5 of the 1997 edition);

f) The main post personnel have been changed (see 5.2, Chapter 5 of the 1997 edition);

g) Increased institutional and systemic safeguards (see 5.3);

h) Changes to production facilities and environment (see 5.4, Chapter 4 of the 1997 edition);

i) Modified process management and quality control (see 5.5, Chapters 6 to 10 of the 1997 edition);

j) The product safety and confidentiality system has been modified (see 5.6, Chapter 8 and Chapter 9 of the 1997 edition);

k) Added requirements for digital information service-oriented anti-counterfeiting enterprises (see Chapter 6);

l) The “Warehouse Management of Production-type Anti-counterfeiting Enterprises” (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the 1997 edition) has been modified.

1 Scope

This document specifies the management specifications for the production of anti-counterfeiting technology products, including organizational structure, key personnel, system and system guarantees, production Facilities and environment, process management and quality control, and product safety and confidentiality.

This document is applicable to the production management and evaluation of manufacturers of various anti-counterfeiting technology products and digital information service companies.
