This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 18365-2001 "Technical conditions for hot-stretched polyethylene high-strength steel cables for cable-stayed bridges". With GB/T 18365- Compared with.2001, the main technical changes are as follows:
--- Added terms and definitions for built-in vibration dampers (see 3.1.6);
--- Increased the classification of cables (see 4.1);
--- Revised the model representation of cables and anchors (see 4.4,.2001 version 4.2);
--- Increased zinc-aluminum alloy coating steel wire material (see 5.2.1);
--- Increased high-strength steel wire strength level (see 5.2.1.3);
--- Removed no relaxation of steel wire and Class I relaxation requirements (see version
4.5.1.7 of the.2001 edition);
--- Modify the main performance indicators of high-density polyethylene sheath material (see 5.2.2, version
4.5.2 of the.2001 edition);
--- Increased anchorage filler strength definition (see 5.2.4.2);
--- Increased the definition and requirements of the cable attachments (see 5.2.6);
--- Modify the process performance requirements (see 5.4, Chapter 5 of the.2001 edition);
--- Increased material testing methods (see 6.2);
