Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces CJ 3058-1996 "plastic sheath semi-parallel wire cable" revision, compared with the CJ 3058-1996 main technology Change as follows.

--- Standard name changed to "high-density polyethylene sheath wire cable";

--- Modify the definition of some terms (see 3.1);

--- Canceled the use of smooth steel wire, the new zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel wire (see 1996 version 4.1; this standard 5.1.2);

--- Modify the strength of the wire rope level (see 6.1.1.1,1996 version 6.1.1.2);

--- Extend the specifications of the cable strength levels (see Appendix A);

--- Modify the cable anchor material, testing and corrosion requirements (see 6.1.4, 6.1.5, 1996 version 6.1.4,6.1.5,6.3,6.4);

--- Modify the cable part of the performance indicators (see 6.2,1996 version 6.2);

--- Added cable bending fatigue test, static and dynamic watertightness test (see 7.4.8,7.4.9);

--- Modify the high density polyethylene sheath material performance indicators (see 6.1.2,1996 version 6.1.2).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions and symbols of high-density polyethylene sheath wire cable, product structure, specifications, classification and marking, requirements, Test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage.

This standard applies to urban and highway bridges with cable, cable structure of other projects can be implemented with reference.
