Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 15463-2008 "Electrostatic Safety Terms". Compared with GB/T 15463-2008, this standard is within the main technology

Changes in volume are as follows.

--- Modify the scope (see Chapter 1);

--- Removed normative references. References cited in the standard are included in the reference (see references,.2008 edition).

--- Chapter 3 of the.2008 edition was revised to chapter 2;

--- The term "line charge density" "surface charge density" "bulk charge density" "surface resistance" "volume resistance" "resistivity" "surface resistance

The rate "volume resistivity" is adjusted to Chapter 4 (see 4.1 to 4.5, 4.16, 4.21, 4.22,.2008 version 3.13, 3.14, 3.15,

3.32, 3.33, 3.35, 3.36, 3.37);
