GB/T 41673-2022 is the Chinese national standard for protecting spacecraft against electrostatic discharge.
It gives the general requirements, the design requirements and the process requirements, and applies to electrostatic protection during system-level design, production, assembly, integration and testing and during transportation, propellant filling and docking with the launch vehicle.
The management side of electrostatic protection, from its organisation and its documents to process control, assessment and continuous improvement, is required to follow GB/T 39587, and the area used to assemble, integrate and test a spacecraft must have a dedicated earthing point that gives the spacecraft or its modules a discharge path to ground.

1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, design requirements and process requirements for the electrostatic protection of spacecraft.
