Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB 23525-2009 "Safety Technical Specification for Suspension Operations Using Seat-Type Single-Person Lifting Gear". Compared with GB 23525-2009, Apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---The scope of application of the standard has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2009 edition);

---Definitions for connectors, flexible guides, self-locking devices, and fall-suspension harnesses have been revised (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2009 edition);

---The requirements for the hanging point device have been changed, and it has been added that the strength of the hanging point device and its fastening points used for flexible guide rails must meet the requirements for product manufacturing. Requirements for the author (see 4.1.2, 4.1.3, 4.1.4, and.2009 editions

4.1.2 and 4.1.3);

---Added technical requirements and test methods for the corrosion resistance of metal fittings (see 5.1.2);

---Increase the thickness requirement for the metal base plate material (see 5.3.1);

---The requirements for fall protection equipment have been revised (see Chapters 5, 6, and sections 5.4, 5.5, 5.6.4, 6.4, and

This document establishes the general requirements for seated single-person lifting slings, and specifies the technical requirements, markings, and manufacturer-provided specifications for seated single-person lifting slings. The information and safety management and training requirements for suspended operations are described, along with the testing methods. This document applies to single-person lifting equipment with a seat plate and to the cleaning and painting of the interior and exterior of buildings and structures using such equipment. Suspended operations such as inspection, maintenance, and installation. This document does not apply to building construction and installation operations or operations involving suspension using small cranes.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Personalboard-type sling equipment A non-powered manned work tool with fall protection function that moves from top to bottom along the facade of a building or structure.

Note. It consists of an attachment point device, a suspension and descent system, and a fall protection system.

3.2 anchor device A device for fixing working ropes or flexible guide rails.

Note. There are various forms, including roof fixing frames, fixing (roof, ground) bolt points, anchor points, and counterweights.

3.3 Suspension Decline System A working system that uses a manual descender to lower or fix the seat plate at any height along the working rope for operation.

Note. It consists of a working rope, descender, connector, and seat plate assembly.
