Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 14481-1993 "single-phase synchronous motor test methods", compared to the previous version mainly was amended as follows:

b) increase the reference standard.

--- Measuring instrument accuracy class requirements.

a) electricity meter of not less than 0.2 (formerly

3.2.1 requires 0.5);

b) a torque of not less than

0.2 meter (formerly

3.2.1 requires 1.0).

--- Load characteristics and short-circuit characteristics GB/T 1029-2005 coordination.

--- Withstand voltage test according to the requirements of GB 755 amendments.

--- Withstand voltage test tripping current assessment increases when the withstand voltage test in accordance with the requirements of GB 14711-2006.

1 Scope

GB/T 14481-2008 is the Chinese national standard on test procedure for single-phase synchronous machines, in the field of electrical engineering. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 16 July 2008 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 April 2009. Classification: ICS 29.160.01, CCS K21. This standard specifies the test methods for single-phase synchronous motor. This standard applies to power 200kW and below, voltage 690V and below single-phase synchronous motors (generators and motors), does not apply No current excitation winding single-phase synchronous motor (permanent magnet motor, reluctance motor, etc.).
