Foreword

This standard is GB/T 10461-1989 "adzuki beans" amendment.

The main technical differences between this standard and GB/T 10461-1989 are as follows.

--- The original standard scope of application, reference standards, terms and definitions were revised;

--- Modify the classification of adzuki beans;

--- Modify the quality requirements of adzuki beans in the water requirements;

--- Increasing the inspection rules;

--- Added the label labeling requirements;

--- Beans packaging, storage and transportation requirements.

This standard from the date of implementation instead of GB/T 10461-1989.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions bean, classification, quality requirements and health requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, and Packaging, storage and shipping requirements.

This standard applies to the acquisition, storage, transportation, processing and sales of adzuki beans, adzuki bean does not apply to the valuable varieties.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

3.3.1

The grain is not full, shrunk up to one-half and above the grain, significantly different from the normal grain size.

3.3.2
