3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 An alarm device used in an automatic sprinkler system to convert a water flow signal into an electrical signal.
3.2 The time from the start of the transmission component action caused by the flow of water to the time when the alarm signal is issued. 3.3 3.4
4 Classification
4.1 The flow indicator can be divided into.
a) time delay type;
b) No delay type.
4.2 The water flow indicator can be divided into.
f) Other styles. Table
1 Classification code Classification method structure type Flanged F Grooved G Clip type D Threaded L Saddle type M Other formula Q Delay function delay type Y no delay type omitted
5 Models
The model of the flow indicator is compiled as follows: ZSJZ Automatic sprinkler system water flow indicator Nominal diameter in millimeters (mm) Delay function code, see Table 1 Structural form code, see Table 1 Rated working pressure in MPa (MPa) Enterprise custom code Example 1. ZSJZ100-YF-
1.2 means the rated working pressure is 1.2MPa, with a time delay function, flanged structure, water flow indicator with a nominal diameter of 100mm. Example 2. ZSJZ100-M-1.2-A means that the company's custom code is A, the rated working pressure is 1.2MPa, no delay function, saddle structure, nominal diameter is 100mm Water flow indicator.
6.1 Appearance sign
6.1.1 The surface of the water flow indicator shall be smooth and smooth, free of processing defects and scratches, and the coating shall be uniform.
6.1.2 The water flow indicator shall be provided with a durability sign on the outer surface. The contents of the mark shall be clear and in accordance with the provisions of 9.1.
6.2 Specifications The water flow indicator nominal diameter series is 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 65mm, 80mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm,.200mm.
6.3 rated working pressure The rated operating pressure of the flow indicator shall not be less than
6.4 Connection
6.4.1 When the water flow indicator is flanged, the flange connection size, flange sealing surface type and size shall comply with GB/T 17241.6. Or GB/T 9112.
6.4.2 When the water flow indicator adopts the groove connection method, the groove size shall comply with the provisions of GB 5135.11.
