This document aims to standardize the safety and quality of childcare products, protecting children's lives and health to the greatest extent possible. Use products that comply with this document. Childcare products that meet the requirements can reduce the risk of complications during normal use (using the product instructions, operating guidelines, etc.) and Potential dangers arising from foreseeable reasonable misuse (unintended use). The safety of child care products is related to the developmental characteristics of children at different age stages and the degree of their exposure to hazardous sources. Developmental characteristics include a child's body size, appearance, physiology, physical abilities, cognitive abilities, emotional development, and behavior, which change as the child develops. Mothers and adults often misjudge a child's abilities at different developmental stages. Exposure to hazards primarily occurs during normal use... Or foreseeable reasonable misuse of the environment (e.g., indoor or outdoor, home or public places), related to specific natural environment, climate, terrain, adults, etc. In situations such as guardianship, especially when child care products are intended for children aged 48 months and under or other specific age groups, consideration should be given to... The user and, where appropriate, the capacity of their guardian. The safety requirements for childcare products are determined by considering normal use by children and foreseeable reasonable misuse, in order to minimize the risk of harm caused by children's abuse. Certain defects in the product itself may cause harm to the user or a third party. These defects may stem from design, manufacturing process, or manufacturing materials. Materials. These injuries may include.

a) Mechanical and physical injuries. asphyxiation, strangulation, swallowing or inhaling foreign objects, drowning, falls, cuts, lacerations, abrasions, visual and hearing impairments. Damage such as electric shock and light radiation;

b) Chemical injuries. injuries caused by poisoning (toxicity) and other harmful substances;

c) Biological damage. damage caused by bacteria, mold, pathogens, viruses, etc.

This document specifies the general safety requirements for childcare products and describes the corresponding testing methods. This document is intended for children 48 months and under, to assist them in sitting, bathing, general care, sleep, and support. Products that provide protection for children and other functions, including but not limited to the products listed in Table A.1 of Appendix A. This document does not apply to the following products.

---Children's activity toys, sports facilities, and teaching aids used in public places;
