Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting: This document replaces GB 30251-2013 "Energy consumption limits per unit product of oil refining", GB 30250-2013 "Energy consumption limits per unit product of ethylene plant" GB 31533-2015 "Energy Consumption Limits for Unit Products of Purified Terephthalic Acid", GB 31534-2015 "Energy Consumption Limits for Paraxylene GB 31826-2015 "Energy consumption limit per unit product" and GB 32053-2015 "Energy consumption limit per unit product" of polypropylene and Energy consumption limits per unit product: GB 30251-2013, GB 30250-2013, GB 31533-2013, GB 31534-2015, Compared with GB 31826-2015 and GB 32053-2015, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The scope of application of the standard has been changed (see Chapter 1, GB 30251-2013, GB 30250-2013, GB 31533-2015, GB 31534-2015, GB 31826-2015, Chapter 1 of GB 32053-2015);

b) Added the energy consumption limit level per unit product (see Chapter 4);

c) The energy consumption quotas for oil refining, ethylene, polypropylene, styrene, paraxylene and purified terephthalic acid have been changed, and propylene oxide has been added: and phthalic anhydride energy consumption limit indicators (see Chapter 4, GB 30251-2013, GB 30250-2013, GB 31533- 2015, GB 31534-2015, GB 31826-2015, Chapter 4 of GB 32053-2015);

d) Deleted the "advanced value" and the diolefin energy consumption limit index (see Chapter 4 of GB 30250-2013);

e) Deleted energy-saving management and measures (see GB 30251-2013, GB 30250-2013, GB 31533-2015, GB 31534- 2015, GB 31826-2015, Chapter 6 of GB 32053-2015);

f) Revised the reference value of energy and energy-consuming working fluid conversion standard oil coefficient (see Appendix A), revised the energy coefficient of oil refining production equipment (See Appendix C), revised the energy factors of storage and transportation systems, sewage treatment plants, thermal losses, power transmission and transformation losses, and other auxiliary systems (See Appendix D);

g) Added the calculation method of polypropylene standard product output (see Appendix F): Please note that some of the contents of this document may involve patents: The issuing organization of this document does not assume the responsibility for identifying patents: This document is proposed and coordinated by the Standardization Administration of China: The previous versions of this document and the documents it replaces are as follows:
