This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

The partial replacement of SN/T 2136.2-2008 "the inspection of import and export of textile raw materials animal fiber - Part 2. rabbit" and SN/T 1701-2006 "technology import and export of human hair raw material for the inspection." this section compared with the SN/T 2136.2-2008 and SN/T 1701-2006, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Standard name revised to "import and export of textiles - Part 9 Quality Conformity Assessment Method textile materials. special animal hair";

--- Range adjustment of the import and export of special animal fur conformity assessment requirements, procedures and evaluation report content;

--- Modify the contents of the term portion;

--- Original standard format, normative references have been adjusted;

1 Scope

SN/T 3981 provisions of this part of the import and export of special animal fur conformity assessment requirements, procedures and evaluation reports content.

This section applies to all types of import and export raw, too round, carding and cleaning animal hair, such as camel cashmere, yak, angora, mohair, alpaca, etc.
