QC/T 860-2011 is the English-translated version of 焊接六角螺母.

QC/T 860-2011 is the recommended Chinese automotive industry standard for hexagon weld nuts. It fixes the type, the dimensions and the technical conditions of the nut.

The range covered runs from thread size M4 to M16 in coarse pitch and from M10 x 1.25 to M16 x 1.5 in fine pitch, for nuts used on vehicles together with bolts of property class 8.8.

The document is a modified adoption of DIN 929-2000. GB/T 90.1, GB/T 90.2, GB/T 196, GB/T 197, GB/T 3098.2, GB/T 3103.1, GB/T 5779.2, QC/T 326 and QC/T 625 are quoted. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
