Scope
QC/T 792-2022 is the English-translated version of 电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车驱动用电机及其控制器.
QC/T 792-2022 covers the product model compilation, requirements, test methods and inspection rules for motors, including those with reducers, and for controllers used on electric motorcycles and electric mopeds, and replaces QC/T 792-2007.
Clause 4 builds the designation: the motor model is made of frame number, product name code, performance parameter code and derivative code, the frame number being the nominal hub diameter code of GB/T 13202-2015; the controller model is made of product name code, DC voltage level, current level code and derivative code.
Clause 5 asks for flexible idling without fixed-rotor friction or abnormal noise, no leakage of the liquid cooling circuit under a pressure not lower than 200 kPa, a no-load bus current within the enterprise limit after 5 minutes at rated voltage, a controller maximum efficiency of not less than 95 % at rated voltage and input current, and armature winding temperature rise within the limits of GB/T 755.
Clause 6 measures stator inductance at 1000 Hz, overspeeds the motor at 1.2 times maximum operating speed for 2 minutes without load, holds the rated input current for 2 hours, applies peak torque for 60 s as controller short-term overload, and adds low and high temperature, temperature cycling, constant damp heat at 90 % to 95 % relative humidity for 48 hours and electromagnetic compatibility tests. Type inspection takes 4 units, 2 tested and 2 reserved.
