Scope

QC/T 1152-2021 is the English-translated version of 电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车用DC/DC变换器技术条件.

QC/T 1152-2021 covers the product model designation, requirements, test methods and marking of DC/DC converters for electric motorcycles and electric mopeds.

The model is built from the name code ZB, with the extension G for the isolated type, followed by four digits of rated power in watts, three digits of nominal input voltage, three digits of rated output voltage and the letter A or B for one-way or two-way operation, so that ZB 0120-072-012 A is a one-way non-isolated 120 W converter from 72 V to 12 V. Environmental clauses require insulation resistance and electrical performance to hold after a low temperature test at -25 degrees C plus or minus 1 degree C and a high temperature test at 60 degrees C plus or minus 1 degree C, each with a two-hour soak, after two combined temperature and humidity cycles from -10 degrees C to 65 degrees C lasting 24 h each, and after a 16 h salt spray test; vibration, shock and IP55 protection to GB/T 4208 are also required.

The converter must provide output current limiting, input undervoltage protection and output short-circuit protection, and enable control where an enable switch is fitted.

Radiated emission and radiated immunity follow GB 34660, with the rated output voltage deviation not exceeding plus or minus 10%. Dielectric strength is applied for 1 min at 500 V for highest working voltages up to and including 48 V and at 1000 V otherwise, and fault-free working time must be at least 1000 h.
