Scope
QC/T 23-2014 is the English-translated version of 鲜奶运输车辆.
QC/T 23-2014 is the recommended Chinese automotive industry standard for fresh milk transport vehicles, the tankers that move raw milk from the farm to the dairy.
It sets out the terms and definitions, the requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, and then the marking, the vehicle documents and the rules for transport and storage.
It applies to tankers built on a series-production truck chassis and used for milk and milk products. The standard replaces QC/T 23-1992 and quotes GB 1589, GB 4806.1, GB 7258, GB 12676, GB/T 14976 and JB 4728, among others.
Its classifications are T54 and ICS 43.160. Issued on 14 October 2014, it has applied since 1 April 2015.
