Scope
QC/T 1068-2017 is the English-translated version of 电动汽车用异步驱动电机系统.
QC/T 1068-2017 covers the asynchronous drive motor system of electric vehicles, taken as the asynchronous drive motor with its controller, the connecting cables and the auxiliary devices the system needs to run, and sets requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking for it.
The general requirements point to clauses 4.2 and 4.3 of GB/T 18488.1-2015, and the standard adds that the no-load current under the specified power frequency voltage shall not deviate from the typical value by more than plus or minus 10%.
Clause 5 has the motors under type inspection measured for their no-load curve, from a starting voltage of 1.25 times the specified voltage downwards, and for their locked characteristic curve with the rotor locked. Issued on 9 January 2017, it has applied since 1 July 2017.

Foreword
This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Directives for standardization - Part 1: Structure and drafting of standards".
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks and identifications of asynchronous drive motor system for electric vehicles.
This Standard is applicable to the asynchronous drive motor system for electric vehicles.
2 Normative references
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.
GB/T 755
GB/T 1032, Test procedure for three-phase induction motors
GB/T 2900.25, Electrotechnical terminology - Rotating electrical machines
GB/T 2900.33, Electrotechnical terminology - Power electronics

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2900.25, GB/T 2900.33, GB/T 18488.1-2015 and GB/T 19596 as well as the followings apply.
3.1 Asynchronous drive motor system
a system composed of an asynchronous drive motor (hereinafter referred to as the drive motor), a driving motor controller, a connecting cable, and an auxiliary device necessary for the operation of the driving motor system (hereinafter referred to as the drive motor system)
3.3 Declared value of locked current
the average of locked currents of the first four drive motors (2 of them has been subject to the type inspection)
4 Requirements
4.1 General
The drive motor system shall meet the requirements of GB/T 18488.1-2015, 4.2 and 4.3.
4.2 No-load current tolerance of drive motor
The drive motor runs at no load under the specified power frequency voltage, the no-load current must not deviate from ±10% of the typical value.
5 Test methods
5.1 General
In addition to the test methods specified in 5.2 and 5.3, the test methods for other test items shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 18488.
5.2 No-load test of drive motor
The drive motor that performs the type inspection must be subject to the measurement of no-load curve. The starting point voltage is 1.25 times the specified voltage of 4.2. Then gradually reduce the voltage to the lowest possible voltage (i.e., when the current begins to rise).
5.3 Locked test of drive motor
The drive motor that performs the type inspection must measure the locked characteristic curve. Lock the drive motor rotor and apply the power frequency voltage.
6 Inspection rules
The inspection rules are in accordance with GB/T 18488.1-2015. See Annex A for the inspection items.
7 Marks and identification
In accordance with GB/T 18488.1-2015.
Annex A (normative) Inspection classification
The inspection is classified into exit-factory inspection and type inspection. See Table A.1 for the inspection classification.
