Scope
QC/T 1069-2017 is the English-translated version of 电动汽车用永磁同步驱动电机系统.
QC/T 1069-2017 covers permanent magnet synchronous drive motor systems for electric vehicles, adding technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking to those of GB/T 18488.1-2015.
It defines no-load loss for the system and for the motor alone, steady-state short-circuit current and its declared value, averaged over at least four motors, two type inspected.
Clause 4 keeps the no-load back electromotive force at rated speed within ±5% between motors of the same specification, and applies the same ±5% to steady-state short-circuit current; cogging torque, torque ripple and the current limit follow the product specification.
Clause 5 tests in the actual cold state: cogging torque at three random rotor positions with a torque wrench, no-load loss over at least five speed points including the maximum operating speed. Issued on 9 January 2017, it has applied since 1 July 2017.

Foreword
This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Directives for standardization - Part 1: Structure and drafting of standards".
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks and identifiers of permanent magnet synchronous drive motor system for electric vehicles.
This Standard is applicable to the permanent magnet synchronous drive motor system for electric vehicles.
2 Normative references
The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2900.25, GB/T 2900.33, GB/T 18488.1-2015 and GB/T 19596 as well as the followings apply.
3.4 No-load loss of drive motor system
the power consumed by the drive motor system when the drive motor runs at a specified speed and no torque is output
3.5 No-load loss of motor
the power consumed when all the windings of the drive motor are open and dragged at the specified speed
3.6 Steady state short-circuit current
the rms current when all motor windings of the drive motor are short-circuited and are dragged at the specified speed
3.9 Declared value of steady state short-circuit current
average value of steady-state short-circuit current of at least 4 drive motors (2 of them have been subject to the type inspection) at specified speed and permanent magnet temperature
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General
The drive motor system shall meet the requirements of GB/T 18488.1-2015 and the followings.
4.4 Tolerance of no-load back electromotive force
The deviation between the back electromotive force and the typical value at rated speed shall not exceed ±5% between the drive motors of the same specification and model.
4.5 Cogging torque
The cogging torque shall not exceed the value specified in the product specification.
4.6 Torque ripple
The torque ripple shall not exceed the value specified in the product specification.
4.9 Steady-state short-circuit current limit
The steady-state short-circuit current shall not exceed the value specified in the product specification.
4.10 Steady-state short-circuit current tolerance
The difference between the steady-state short-circuit current measured at the specified speed and the typical value is not more than ±5% between the drive motors of the same specification type.
5 Test methods
5.1 General
Except for the test methods specified below, the test methods for other test items shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T 18488.2-2015.
Unless otherwise specified, the accuracy requirements of measuring instruments shall be in accordance with GB/T 18488.2-2015.
5.4 Tolerance of no-load back electromotive force
The test is performed under the actual cold condition and the ambient temperature during the test must be recorded.
5.5 Cogging torque
The test is conducted in the actual cold state.
Place the drive motor smoothly and randomly select 3 different rotor positions.
Rotate the rotor in opposite directions with torque wrench at each position.
5.7 No-load loss of drive motor system
The test is conducted in the actual cold state. When the drive motor system is under normal electrical connection and cooling conditions specified in the product technical documentation, the rated voltage is applied on the DC bus and the drive motor shaft is not connected to the load.
5.8 No-load loss of motor
The test is conducted in the actual cold state.
Drag the drive motor to the specified speed. Record the torque, speed and power of the torque and speed sensor. The power value is the no-load loss of the drive motor at this speed. Evenly take at least 5 speed points within the speed range, including the maximum operating speed.
5.9 Steady-state short-circuit current limit
The test is conducted in the actual cold state.
Use short-circuit conductors to short-circuit all windings of the drive motor as close to the stator winding outlet as possible.
5.10 Steady-state short-circuit current tolerance
The test method is same with 5.9.
6 Inspection rules
The inspection rules are in accordance with GB/T 18488.1-2015. See Annex A for inspection items.
7 Marks and identifiers
In accordance with GB/T 18488.1-2015.
